Hiring: Project Manager – Analytics, ERP & Data Migration

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale ERP-to-cloud data migration and analytics programs.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex projects involving ERP-integrated analytics platforms built on AWS and modern data architectures.

👉 Certifications are not mandatory — strong execution and delivery experience is key.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP data migration & analytics projects
Manage migrations from legacy and modern ERP systems to cloud analytics platforms
Own the full lifecycle: planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure
Build and manage detailed project plans (scope, timelines, dependencies, risks)
Coordinate with ERP teams, data engineers, analytics teams, and stakeholders
Drive ETL workflows using AWS tools like AWS Glue and Amazon S3
Ensure implementation of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
Oversee data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and go-live
Lead governance forums, reporting, and executive communication
Ensure data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption

Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
Snowflake / Amazon Redshift
SQL-based validation & reconciliation
🔹 Required Experience & Skills
15–20 years of Project Management experience
Strong hands-on experience in ERP data migration / modernization
Proven delivery in analytics & data engineering projects
Deep understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and migration risks
Experience with AWS-based data platforms
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
Excellent communication, planning, and execution mindset
Delivery-focused approach (results over certifications)
