Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated US IT Sales Executives to drive CRM product sales for international customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities through outbound calling.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in international sales, CRM solutions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using CRM-generated leads.
Identify customer requirements and business needs.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
Sales Closure
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities efficiently.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales outcomes regularly.
Generate reports and maintain sales documentation as required.
Post-Sales Support
Provide basic post-sales assistance and customer guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in:
Telesales
CRM Sales
International Sales
Inside Sales
Business Development
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
Communication Skills
Strong spoken and written English.
Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
Other Requirements
Comfortable working night shifts.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
