Nikah.com is looking for a Customer Chat & Email Associate to provide exceptional customer support through chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capability to resolve customer queries efficiently while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone within the defined turnaround time.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Deliver accurate product and service information.
Monitor and supervise customer service activities to ensure high-quality support.
Generate sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant services.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Support new business development through existing and prospective customer accounts.
Achieve individual and team sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Eligibility
Experience: 0–1 year in Customer Support, Chat Support, Email Support, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
