Job Summary

Sutherland is seeking Mandarin-speaking professionals to join its Chennai operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Mandarin language skills, excellent communication abilities, and cultural awareness to effectively support business operations and customer interactions.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers with language certification and experienced professionals with up to 2 years of Mandarin language experience.

Key Responsibilities
Language Support
Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Translate, interpret, and facilitate communication as required.
Ensure accurate understanding and delivery of information across languages.
Customer Support & Communication
Handle customer interactions professionally.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ensure language accuracy in written and verbal communications.
Update internal systems and reports as required.
Cultural & Quality Compliance
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity while interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirements)
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Mandarin language-related roles.
Freshers with relevant language certification may also apply.

Strong command of both English and Mandarin.
