Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
Resolve customer account queries, service requests, and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding banking processes and account-related issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting productivity and quality metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Graduation is mandatory).
Age below 32 years.
Mandatory language proficiency:
English + Kannada, or
English + Malayalam.
Candidates knowing only Tamil and English are not eligible.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
Salary (Take Home)
0–5 Months: ₹14,000–₹16,000 (based on language proficiency)
6 Months Experience: ₹14,000–₹17,000
7–24 Months Experience: ₹14,200–₹17,500
