Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Customer Support with 2 to 4 years of experience to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations across multiple support channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat.
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Manage difficult or irate customers while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Address candidate and customer grievances with timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using ticketing or CRM systems.
Prepare timely reports on customer issues, feedback, and resolution status.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company processes, policies, and service standards.
Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Eligibility
Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a related role.
Experience with customer support software or ticketing systems is preferred.
