Job Summary

La Freightlift Cargo is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Customer Service to support its logistics and freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating shipment documentation, confirming cargo space, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment and logistics inquiries.
Coordinate with customers for document collection and verification.
Follow up with carriers and internal teams for cargo space confirmation.
Ensure timely updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Coordinate with operations, documentation, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and shipment documentation.
Negotiate with customers and stakeholders to facilitate timely order processing.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics documentation requirements.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through quality service.

Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)
