Job Overview

The Customer Sales & Support Executive will handle customer interactions while also driving sales conversions, upselling, and cross-selling. The role requires someone who can resolve complaints professionally, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues promptly and empathetically.
Promote services, offers, and packages to increase sales.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company service-quality standards and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in customer support and sales.
Previous call-center experience handling customer calls and complaints is mandatory.
Hotel/hospitality-sector experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Additional regional languages are an advantage.
Strong complaint-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Hotel Management software.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays according to business requirements.
