Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, itinerary planning, and issue resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information about travel packages, destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and tourism services.
Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, transportation, holiday packages, and other travel arrangements.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal departments and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records and booking information in CRM/reservation systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Support promotional campaigns and assist in customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and booking trends.
Stay updated with tourism trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in customer service, travel operations, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and tourism services.
Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer management software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Knowledge of additional foreign or regional languages is an added advantage.
