Role Overview

FreeElective Network is looking for a results-oriented Sales / Client Relations / Business Development Executive to support customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability for its premium matchmaking business.

The role is suited to candidates interested in sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship management within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Connect with potential customers and business partners.
Generate, qualify and manage leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare customized proposals for prospective customers.
Engage prospects through multiple communication channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work toward achieving sales and revenue targets.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Support improvements to products and services based on market feedback.
Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
Eligibility
Interest or prior experience in marketing, sales or business development.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Sociology or Psychology preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with sales/CRM software is an advantage.
Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
