Job Summary

A leading US-based MNC BPO is hiring Quality Analysts with a strong accounting background. The role involves ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of accounting processes, with a focus on General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Lease Accounting. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Review accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal quality guidelines.
Perform quality checks on General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
Review financial statements and accounting documentation.
Support budgeting, job costing, and financial analysis activities.
Verify compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and lease accounting standards.
Identify process improvements and maintain quality metrics.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
Eligibility
Freshers
CA Intermediate
US CMA
CMA (Fully Qualified)
Experienced Candidates
CA Intermediate with 36 months of Articleship (mandatory)
Required Skills
Strong accounting fundamentals.
General Ledger (GL) experience (preferred).
Fixed Assets accounting.
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Knowledge of:
US GAAP
FASB
ASC 842
IFRS 16 (Lease Accounting)
Financial Statement Review.
Budgeting and Job Costing.
Financial Modelling and Property Valuation.
Corporate Accounting.
Fund Accounting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Working Days: 5 days per week
