Role Overview

Scrutinysoft is looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify sales opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into customers while working closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads.
Engage with prospects and understand their requirements.
Convert qualified leads and close deals.
Work collaboratively with the sales/business-development team.
Contribute toward business growth and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi is required.
Hindi is specifically mentioned as mandatory.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada is an advantage.
Team-oriented and willing to take ownership of sales activities.
