Job Summary
KLA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst to support and enhance business processes within the Sales domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, design solutions, support SAP Sales operations, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Evaluate the impact of proposed system changes on existing business processes and applications.
SAP S/4HANA Sales Support
Configure, test, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Sales solutions.
Support business processes including:
Sales Orders
Quotations
Variant Configuration
Billing
Customer Transactions
Ensure system configurations align with business objectives and best practices.
Project & Enhancement Management
Lead enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation activities.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve production issues.
Analyze business intelligence data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Provide ad-hoc support to business users.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Recommend innovative uses of SAP functionality to improve operational efficiency.
Implement process improvements and train end users on new solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Information Systems
Related Technical Discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
SAP Business Process Analysis
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting
Business Systems Analysis
