Infosearch BPO Services Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Quality Analysts to monitor call quality, improve agent performance, and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2 β 4 Years (Minimum 3 years preferred in BPO/QA)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Shift: As per business requirements
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate inbound/outbound calls for quality and compliance
Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance and CSAT scores
Identify skill gaps and support training/coaching initiatives
Analyze call data and prepare performance reports
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain evaluation consistency
Required Skills:
Experience in BPO / Customer Service / Quality Assurance
Fluency in English, Tamil & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Experience with call recording/quality tools
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
