Job Summary

Hexagon Komputers is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Hardware and Networking Engineer to design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and networking systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, optimize system performance, and help ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and networking systems.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on hardware and network infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize system and network performance.

Apply network security best practices to protect IT infrastructure.

Use network diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to support business continuity.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold one of the following qualifications:

Diploma in Computer Science.

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

A related qualification in an appropriate technical field.

Required Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining computer hardware and networking systems.
