Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong backend or full-stack engineering experience, with expertise in Java and Spring Boot and a proven ability to design and develop scalable, production-grade systems.

The candidate should be familiar with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies. Strong communication skills, ownership, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade software systems.

Build robust backend services and applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Apply core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms to solve complex technical problems.

Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

Follow Agile development practices and DevOps principles.

Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline software build, testing, and deployment processes.

Implement observability, monitoring, and logging practices to maintain system reliability.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

Solid understanding of core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience designing and developing scalable, production-grade systems.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with at least one major cloud platform:

AWS

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Microsoft Azure

Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring, and logging practices.
