Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions across Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OIC integration flows, API technologies, SQL/PLSQL, orchestration, and troubleshooting. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Perform data mapping, orchestration, routing, and error handling.

Develop and maintain reusable integration components and assets.

Utilize OIC capabilities such as Process Builder, Visual Builder, Integration Insight, and Connectivity Agents.

Implement app-driven orchestration, scheduled orchestration, and file transfer integrations using FTP/SFTP.

Configure Publish to OIC and Subscribe to OIC integration patterns.

2. Collaboration and Communication

Work with business users, application owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand integration needs.

Communicate technical designs and solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Document integration processes, configurations, architecture, and customizations.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

3. Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within agreed timelines.

Perform root cause analysis and optimize integration flow performance.

Monitor integrations and ensure reliable data exchange across connected systems.

Follow security best practices for integration routing and connectivity.

4. Technical and Operational Responsibilities

Maintain documentation for integration flows, architecture, and operational procedures.

Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and emerging integration technologies.

Support ongoing improvements to integration reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience developing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong knowledge of OIC features, capabilities, and integration patterns.

Experience with REST, SOAP, B2B integrations, and API design and development.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications, particularly ERP and HCM, and third-party systems.

Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database administration.

Experience with app-driven and scheduled orchestration.

Knowledge of FTP/SFTP file transfers, Publish to OIC, and Subscribe to OIC patterns.

Understanding of integration security and routing best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
