Role Overview

A&T is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Collaboration Solutions to drive business growth and solution selling within the AV and workplace-collaboration technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual order-booking and revenue targets.
Develop new business opportunities and drive solution-based sales.
Engage regularly with product and solutions teams.
Conduct customer workshops and solution discussions.
Engage with CXOs and key customer stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with external customers and consultants.
Develop collaboration across internal and external teams.
Strengthen market presence and industry relationships.
Required Experience
4–8+ years of experience in:
Business development
Solution selling
AV industry
Strong understanding of techno-commercial sales.
Experience working with end customers, partners and consultants.
Qualification
Graduate degree in Engineering or
MBA, preferably Sales & Marketing.
