Role Overview

VINIRMA Consulting is hiring a Business Development Executive / Junior BDE for a leading organization in Chennai. The role focuses on international-market business development, market research, lead generation and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and internet research to identify potential business opportunities.
Create and maintain prospect/client databases.
Perform account management activities.
Conduct tele-calling and cold calling to international prospects.
Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations.
Schedule first-level appointments with Managers, Directors and other senior stakeholders.
Support business-development and client-acquisition activities.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in an international market.
Market research and internet research.
Database creation and management.
Tele-calling and cold calling.
Appointment setting.
Account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree
