Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, customer relationship building and market growth. The position is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads and identify potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support business expansion and market-growth initiatives.
Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
Contribute to business-development targets and deliverables.
Prepare business reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to support lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
BA / BBA / MBA / Any Graduate candidates can apply.
