Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on acquiring US-based clients who require graphic design services. The role involves lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, sales presentations, client relationship management and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire potential US clients requiring graphic design services.
Generate leads through:
Market research
Cold calling
Email campaigns
Other outbound sales methods
Communicate effectively with prospects and understand their requirements.
Address client queries and explain the company’s services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
Create customized proposals based on client requirements.
Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain an organized lead/client database.
Monitor industry trends, competitors and customer preferences.
Collaborate with graphic designers and internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Work toward business-development and sales targets.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience; suitable for freshers and early-career candidates.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused and able to understand client requirements.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work US shift timings.
