Job Responsibilities

Assist customers over the phone with account-related queries and faults.
Provide customer support for banking-related processes.
No sales targets.
No bond.
Permanent on-roll opportunity.

Eligibility

Any Graduate – Graduation is mandatory.
Candidates must know English + one of the required regional languages.
Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil language skills are mentioned.
Candidates who know only Tamil + English should not apply, according to the posting.
Willingness to work rotational shifts is required.

Cab / Shift Details

Drop facility may be available when the shift ends between 10 PM and 12 AM, within a 13 km radius of the office.
As stated in the posting, male employees may have late-night logout up to 12 AM, while female employees’ last logout is 8 PM.
