Job Overview

The Website Fulfilment Executive will manage online orders received through Amadora’s website, ensuring orders are processed accurately, packed according to quality standards, and delivered on time.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Monitor online orders in real time.
Process and manage website orders accurately.
Verify stock availability before confirming orders.
Coordinate with store teams and delivery partners for timely fulfilment.
Communicate with customers regarding:
Order clarifications
Changes
Delays
Ensure product packaging meets Amadora’s quality and presentation standards.
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending orders.
Prepare daily fulfilment-status reports.
Escalate operational issues to the operations team promptly.
Handle peak-hour workloads efficiently.
🎓 Preferred Profile
Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or fulfilment is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with online order-management systems is an advantage.
Willingness to work according to operational requirements, including weekends when required.
