The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, engaging directly with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products or services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate with customers and close sales/contracts.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions.
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Work toward achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
