Job Overview

Hiring Telesales Executives for a US-based auto-parts process involving outbound sales calls with US customers. Candidates with a Mechanical or Automobile Engineering background and strong English communication skills are preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound sales calls with US customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable auto parts.
Explain product specifications, pricing, and compatibility.
Handle inquiries related to vehicle components.
Build rapport with customers and close sales.
Promote products/services and convert leads.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM.
Work according to US business hours.
🎓 Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
Prior US/International BPO or voice-process experience is advantageous.
Excellent spoken English.
Basic knowledge of automobile components such as:
Brakes
Engines
Alternators
Other vehicle parts
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work night shifts.
