Role Overview
LA FreightLift is looking for Customer Service Executives to support its freight forwarding, container trade, logistics, and supply-chain operations.
The role involves interacting with customers, coordinating documentation, negotiating requirements, and ensuring timely confirmation of cargo/container space.
Key Responsibilities
Handle regular customer interactions and understand shipment requirements.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding logistics activities.
Negotiate with customers and relevant stakeholders where required.
Collect and verify required shipping/customer documents.
Coordinate space confirmation for shipments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong relationships.
Support efficient coordination across the logistics and supply-chain process.
Candidate Requirements
🎓 Graduation is mandatory.
Experience in customer interaction and customer service.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with document collection and coordination.
Knowledge/experience of space confirmation is preferred.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Customer-focused attitude.
Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
