Role Overview

Innodata is looking for an energetic HR Executive to support recruitment activities in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities & Learning
Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Learn and apply modern recruitment best practices
Assist with hiring for:
Data Annotators
Content Writers
Subject Matter Experts
Other tech/data-related positions
Gain hands-on exposure to bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment
Work with modern recruitment tools, platforms and sourcing strategies
Coordinate with candidates and internal hiring teams
Candidate Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of HR/recruitment internship or training
BBA/MBA in HR preferred
Interest in tech hiring, AI/ML or data services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
