General Manager – HR

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Openings: 1
Experience: 15–20 years
Qualification: Any Degree / MBA / MSW
Salary: ₹75,000–₹85,000/month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the overall Head of HR for a manufacturing organization
Take complete accountability for HR activities across all company units
Work closely with management to identify gaps in HR systems and implement corrective controls
Manage end-to-end HR functions, including:
Recruitment of staff and labour
Statutory compliance
Payroll
HR audits
Employee welfare
Performance management
Lead a team of senior HR professionals, with approximately 4 unit HR teams reporting to the GM
Establish effective HR systems, policies and processes
Ensure strong employee relations and organizational discipline
Candidate Profile
Must have worked as Head of HR in a manufacturing company for at least 3 years
Strong knowledge across all major HR functions
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Fluent Tamil is mandatory
Hindi-speaking ability is an advantage
