Role Overview

Senior HR leadership position responsible for managing HR operations for a 2,500+ employee manufacturing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations in a factory environment
Handle statutory compliance including ESI, PF and Factories Act
Workforce/manpower planning
Training and performance appraisal
Industrial relations and grievance handling
Employee welfare activities
HRMS and SOP implementation
Payroll coordination
Contract labour management
Candidate Requirements
15+ years of HR experience
Master’s qualification required
Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu labour laws and industrial relations
Previous experience managing 1,000+ employees in manufacturing
Textile/garment/manufacturing experience preferred
Tamil proficiency is mandatory — reading, writing and speaking
Candidates from Erode or nearby districts preferred
