🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Production Head with extensive expertise in edible oil manufacturing and factory operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in operational excellence, P&L management, lean manufacturing, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and factory leadership.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Achieve production targets and drive operational excellence
• Lead overall factory production and operations
• Ensure efficiency, safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee quality management systems and quality standards
• Conduct and manage vendor audits
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Drive P&L performance and improve profitability
• Optimize operating costs and maximize revenue opportunities
• Streamline production systems and operational processes
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and processes
• Lead teams and build a strong performance-oriented manufacturing culture
🎓 Required Candidate Profile
✔ B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
✔ 20+ years of experience in edible oil factory operations
✔ Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles
✔ Proven P&L accountability
✔ Strong experience in factory / production operations
✔ Proven track record in operational excellence
✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
✔ Experience in quality, safety, vendor audits, and regulatory compliance
✔ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
