Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to provide prompt, professional, and effective support to customers through multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
Record and document customer interactions accurately.
Forward customer requests and required documentation to the appropriate departments.
Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers.
Recommend relevant products and services based on customer needs.
Demonstrate product usage and answer customer questions.
Build strong customer relationships through courteous and proactive communication.
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Collaborate with internal teams and management to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Previous customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
