Role Overview

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience through efficient front office operations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk.
Ensure a positive guest experience by resolving issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of hotel management software is an added advantage.
