Job Summary
La Freightlift is seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Air Export Operations & Customer Service to manage Pan India air export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless export documentation, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, pricing support, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air export operations for customers across India.
Coordinate export shipments with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments.
Prepare, verify, and process air export documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, airline requirements, and international freight forwarding standards.
Provide timely and cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
Develop and support competitive pricing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, customs clearance, and warehouse teams for smooth shipment execution.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Air Export Operations, preferably within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of air export documentation and international shipping procedures.
Thorough understanding of customs regulations, export compliance, and freight forwarding operations.
Experience in pricing, customer service, and logistics operations.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding or logistics management software.
Knowledge of Pan India logistics operations and regional compliance requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with freight forwarding companies or logistics service providers.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
