Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare periodic sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Prior experience in direct sales, field sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with relationship management skills.
Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
