We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company’s digital marketplace solutions, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy field sales, networking, and delivering value-driven solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate the company’s digital marketplace solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services that maximize business value and ROI.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product and business improvements.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM software.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may be considered based on company requirements.
