Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Airport Cargo Handling Staff
Load, unload, and handle cargo safely and efficiently.

Coordinate cargo movement and storage.

Cargo Supervisor
Supervise cargo handling operations.
Coordinate with warehouse, airline, and logistics teams.
Monitor cargo loading schedules and documentation.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Customer Service Executive
Assist passengers with inquiries and travel-related services.
Handle check-in, boarding, and baggage-related requests.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Backend / Operational Executive
Prepare and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with various airport departments.
Process documentation and operational reports.
Support daily airport administrative activities.
Air Ticketing Executive
Book, modify, and cancel airline tickets.
Assist passengers with fare information and travel schedules.
Process ticketing transactions accurately.
Ground Staff
Support check-in and boarding operations.
Assist passengers with baggage and travel information.
Coordinate aircraft turnaround activities.
Cabin Crew
Ensure passenger comfort and safety during flights.
Conduct safety demonstrations.

Maintenance Engineer
Perform aircraft inspections and maintenance.
