Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Sales & Support Executive with experience in customer service and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, promoting services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Promote company services, offers, and packages to increase sales.
Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Support and Sales, preferably in the Hospitality or Food Services industry.
Prior experience in a call center environment handling customer calls and complaint resolution is mandatory.
