Job Summary

We are hiring a Store Sales & Customer Service Executive to provide excellent in-store customer service while driving retail sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the retail industry, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Manage stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow company policies and retail operational procedures.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the retail sector.
