Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving issues through phone and email while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment and night shifts, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Monitor and achieve customer service quality and productivity targets.
Prepare reports related to customer interactions and service performance.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates with internship or project experience in customer service or call centers are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in night shifts and a 24/7 work environment.
