Job Summary
Vanan Online Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager – People Operations & Talent Management to lead end-to-end Human Resources functions across India and US operations. The role involves managing talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and HR process improvements while supporting business growth across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including:
Digital Marketing
Sales (India & US)
Customer Support
Production/Execution
Content Writing
Software Developers (CRM & Internal Tools)
Freelance Hiring
Leadership and Managerial Recruitment
Supervise junior HR executives and freelance HR partners.
Improve hiring workflows and recruitment efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks.
People Operations
Manage onboarding and employee exit processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and maintain HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Employee Handbook.
Manage HRMIS and HR documentation.
Performance Management
Conduct performance appraisal cycles.
Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Payroll
Ensure compliance with:
PF
ESIC
Labour Laws
Statutory Requirements
Coordinate payroll-related activities.
Maintain compliance documentation and support HR audits.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances.
Resolve workplace conflicts through effective mediation.
Organize employee engagement initiatives.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
BBA (Preferred)
Master’s Degree
MBA – Human Resources (Preferred)
Relevant work experience may compensate for formal HR qualifications.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Core Human Resources role.
