Innodata Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support recruitment and talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited HR experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment and technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment drives.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
Hiring Support
Support hiring for roles including:
Data Annotators
Content Writers
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Assist in implementing recruitment best practices.
Learn and utilize modern recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and hiring strategies.
