Innodata Inc. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join its Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of internship or training experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, and technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various positions.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment activities.
Talent Acquisition
Support hiring for roles such as:
Data Annotators
Content Writers
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Learn and implement modern recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Utilize recruitment tools and job portals effectively.
HR Operations
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
