Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive manufacturing HR experience, and the ability to build robust HR systems while partnering with senior management to drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership
Lead and oversee complete HR operations across all business units.
Take ownership and accountability for all HR-related activities.
Lead a team of senior HR professionals, including Unit HR Managers.
Drive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Recruitment & Workforce Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and factory workforce.
Ensure effective manpower planning and workforce availability.
Improve hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies.
HR Operations
Manage payroll coordination and HR administration.
Oversee employee welfare initiatives.
Implement and monitor performance management systems.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Audits
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance.
Lead HR audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
Develop internal controls to strengthen HR systems.
Strategic HR
Work closely with senior management to identify gaps in HR processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Establish effective HR governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree
MBA
MSW
Experience
15–20 Years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum 3 years as Head of HR in a manufacturing company.

Salary
₹75,000 – ₹85,000 per month
Negotiable for the right candidate.
Reporting Structure
Lead approximately 4 Unit HR Managers.
