Job Summary
V Support Solutions is inviting applications from 2025 final-year MBA/MSW/MA (HRM) students for a 3-month HR Internship. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, business development, training & development, and resume writing. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Screen resumes received from various job portals.
Conduct telephonic and in-person candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and candidate databases.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Business Development
Assist in business development initiatives.
Support client communication and coordination.
Contribute to lead generation activities.
Training & Development
Assist in organizing employee training programs.
Coordinate training schedules and documentation.
Support learning and development initiatives.
Resume Writing
Prepare and improve candidate resumes.
Assist candidates in resume formatting and content enhancement.
Ensure resumes meet client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be:
Final-year MBA students
Final-year MSW students
Final-year MA (HRM) students
Must be willing to complete a 3-month internship.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
