Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining.
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers.
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through various recruitment portals, including:
Naukri
Monster
TimesJobs
LinkedIn
Other job portals
Candidate Screening
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Contact shortlisted candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Coordinate interview timings and confirmations.
Ensure a smooth interview process.
Candidate Follow-up
Maintain regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate until successful onboarding.
Address candidate queries during the recruitment process.
Recruitment Administration
Maintain daily recruitment trackers.
Update interview schedules.
Record candidate submissions and recruitment status.
