Job Summary

We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers to provide first-level technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, software applications, and basic network-related issues. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates looking to begin their career in IT support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
Provide support for printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Assist users with password resets, email configuration, and application issues.
Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity problems.
Perform system updates, software installations, and antivirus checks.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior support teams.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Passed out between 2017 and 2024.
Experience Required
Freshers are eligible to apply.
