Job Summary
A leading corporate organization is hiring Customer Support Associates for its US Inbound Voice Process. The role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with strong spoken English skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from US customers.
Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Language: Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English communication.
Customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
Shift & Working Days
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (US Process)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
Salary & Benefits
Freshers
CTC: ₹2.80 LPA
Experienced Candidates
CTC: Up to ₹3.40 LPA
