About the Role
As a Sales & Business Development Manager at DotPe, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s merchant network and driving adoption of DotPe’s digital commerce and business solutions across multiple offline retail categories.
This is a field-oriented B2B sales role that combines:

Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition
Identify and approach potential merchants.
Generate new business opportunities.
Expand DotPe’s presence in assigned territories.
Business Development
Target sectors including:
Restaurants & F&B
Retail Stores
Malls
Multiplexes
Grocery Chains
Hospitals
Educational Institutions
Other Offline Businesses
Solution Selling
Present DotPe’s products and solutions.
Understand merchant requirements.
Recommend suitable technology solutions.
Demonstrate product value and business impact.
Market Mapping
Conduct daily field visits.
Identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Deal Management
Coordinate commercial discussions.
Negotiate agreements.
Manage contract closure.
Ensure smooth onboarding of merchants.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between merchants and internal teams.
Ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Revenue Achievement
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Drive business growth within the assigned territory.
