This role focuses on Project Sales within the construction and building materials sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business from construction projects, institutions, contractors, builders, architects, and project sites.

Market Development
Survey the assigned territory.
Identify upcoming projects and institutions.
Create a database of target customers.
Project Acquisition
Generate leads from:

Institutional Projects
Government Projects
Onboard new projects and customers.
Demand Generation
Conduct site visits.
Promote products directly at project locations.
Influence specifications and product selection.
CRM & Reporting
Update customer information in CRM.
Record site visits and sales activities.
Maintain project pipelines.
Customer Relationship Management
Build relationships with project decision-makers.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Drive conversion and repeat business.
