About the Role

Mage Data is seeking experienced enterprise sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the cybersecurity and data privacy space.

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will own strategic enterprise accounts, build high-value sales pipelines, and lead complex B2B sales engagements across your assigned territory.

This is a consultative enterprise sales role focused on large accounts, long sales cycles, and high-value cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Account Management
Manage and grow major enterprise accounts.
Build relationships with CXOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and security decision-makers.
Develop strategic account plans.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Expand market penetration within assigned regions.
Generate revenue through direct and partner-led sales motions.
End-to-End Sales Ownership

Handle the complete sales lifecycle:

Prospecting
Lead Qualification
Discovery Meetings
Solution Presentations
Proposal Development
Negotiation
Contract Closure
Upsell & Expansion
Consultative Selling
Position Mage Data solutions as part of customers’ security infrastructure.
Understand customer security, compliance, and privacy requirements.
Deliver solution-oriented recommendations.
Pipeline Development

Work closely with:

Existing Networks

to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Track pipeline progress.
Deliver weekly forecast updates.
Meet revenue and quota targets.
